Question: Are books necessary for CLAT preparation?
Answer: Books or resources help students navigate the path for preparation as they draw inspiration from the actual CLAT exam. So what really happens with reputable and trustworthy books and publications, they generally invest a lot of time in first studying the exam from the past few years and then tracking back to the concepts required to be able to crack those exams.
So, unless you are a genius or have someone in your family who has already taken the CLAT exam, it is nearly impossible to do without good CLAT books and resources.
Question: Do we still need CLAT books if already enrolled with a coaching institute?
Answer: Ideally, CLAT coaching institutes provide the study material with the course, so that should be taken care of. But some, very few, institutes skip on it to cut down on the cost.
For those students, if the resources are not enough or accurate, I recommend the above-mentioned list of CLAT books and publishers, for they have been tried and tested by our students.
