How to select CLAT 2027 exam center preferences?

While filling out your CLAT 2027 application, you can select up to three CLAT 2027 exam centre preference choices. Here's the step-by-step process:

• Go to the official website: consortiumofnlus.ac.in
• Click "New Registration" and enter your name, address, email, and mobile number.
• Log in to your CLAT account using your mobile number and password.
• Fill out the detailed application form, which includes your test center choices.
• Enter your three exam center preferences in order of priority.
• Complete the remaining details, add your NLU preferences, pay the application fee, and click Submit.
• Your exam center preferences are now saved.

How to Edit Your CLAT 2027 Exam Center Preference

1. Log in to your application on the official website
2. Click "Edit My Application" on your dashboard
3. Go to the Preferences tab and update your choices
4. Click Next and accept the declaration
5. Submit to save the update

You can only make these changes until the correction window closes. Once your admit card is out, the center is locked.

Documents Required at CLAT Exam Center 2027

The candidates must carry the following items inside the exam centers:

Candidates Using Scribe in CLAT 2027

PwD and SAP candidates get an extra 40 minutes (20 minutes per hour), whether or not they use a scribe. If you need a scribe, mention this at registration. You can bring your own or request one from the Consortium's panel.

Scribe eligibility:

• Must not have studied beyond Class 11.
• Must have no ties to any coaching center or test prep organization.

Documents needed:

• Original disability certificate, or a medical certificate for candidates with less than 40% disability.
• A signed declaration from the scribe confirming they'll follow all exam rules.
• A statement on whether you're arranging your own scribe or requesting one from the Consortium.

Carry all these documents and report early.

CLAT 2027 Exam Day Instructions

• Reach your exam center well before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card.
• Carry your printed admit card and an original photo ID; both are mandatory.
• No study material, notes, or books allowed inside the exam hall.
• Electronic devices, including phones, smartwatches, calculators, and Bluetooth devices, are strictly banned.
• There's no baggage counter at the center, so carry minimal belongings.
• You can't leave the hall before the exam ends unless it's an emergency and the invigilator allows it.
• Use only a blue or black ballpoint pen; mark one answer per question on the OMR sheet.
