NLU Delhi - Fees and Eligibility

Given below are the fees and eligibility for each course offered.

B.A.L.L.B. (H)

  • The candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 board-level examination from a recognized board with at least 50% in the aggregate.
  • The fee for B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) is approximately INR 1.56 lacs per year (for Indian nationals).
  • The course duration is 5 years.

L.L.M.

  • The candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree or equivalent examination from a recognized university with 55% overall and 50% for restricted categories.
  • The fee for L.L.M. is approximately INR 1.56 lacs per year (for Indian nationals).
  • The course duration is 1 year.

Ph.D.

  • For law specialization, The candidate must have earned a master's degree from a recognized university with at least 55% overall.
  • The fee for a Ph.D. is approximately INR 50,000 per year.
  • The course duration is 3 years (minimum).

PG Diploma

  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in the appropriate specialization. NLU Delhi offers three PG Diploma programmes: PGDUEML, PGDTEL, and PGDELP, all in the field of environmental and urban law.
  • The fee for the PG Diploma generally ranges between INR 13,000 and INR 16,000.
  • The course duration is 1 year.
