AILET Exam Analysis

AILET 2025 Result: Tie-Breaker

The process used to calculate the merit rank when two or more applicants get the same score in AILET 2025 is explained below.

B.A. LL.B. Degree Program

If two or more applicants have the same score, their merit will be evaluated by who received the greater score in the logical reasoning portion.
If the tie remains, the candidate who is older will be given precedence.
If the tie is still undetermined at this point, the merit rank will be determined by a computerized draw of lots.

LL.M. Course

If two or more applicants have the same score then the older age candidate will be given the higher rank.
If the result is still the same, then merit rank will be determined by a computerized draw of lots.
