The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) issued the CLAT 2025 notification on July 20, 2025. The notification declared the exam date for CLAT 2026 and other important events for the academic year 2026-31
In line with the notification, the Consortium opened the application form for CLAT 2026 aspirants at noon on August 1, 2025.
Candidates are requested to fill out the CLAT registration form online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. However, the exam is conducted in offline mode like every year.
The notification did not indicate a pattern or syllabus change, so the exam is likely to follow the same section structure. In fact, over the past 2 years, the Consortium has prepared the exam with the same number of questions in each section, so below are the five sections with the number of questions in each.
