Yes, the idea is to emulate the classroom experience wherein you can get back to the faculty during the class in case of any doubts or queries regarding that particular session. In this case your doubts can be typed in during the session. In case you have a doubt later on you can write into support@careerlauncher.com and your doubt shall be cleared within 72 hours. If the volume of doubts is high then you should accumulate them and write in once a fortnight with the doubts. In such a case the time taken might be a little higher than that stated above.
