Justice Saraf Committee on Arbitration Invites Suggestions

The Justice Saraf Committee on Arbitration was constituted by the Ministry of Law and Justice, to study in depth the implications of the recommendations of the Law Commission of India contained in its 176th Report and the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2003. As part of the procedure adopted by the Committee, views and suggestions of the public are being invited on the implications of the recommendations of the Law Commission of India contained in its 176th Report and on the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2003, particularly from the legal fraternity and all persons interested in the Law of Arbitration.

The text of the 176th Report of the Law Commission and of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2003 are available on the official website of the Ministry of Law and Justice.
