Dr. Byron Matarangas of the Athens Univ. visits HNLU

Dr. Byron Matarangas of the Athens University is currently at HNLU, Raipur as a part of HNLU's collabaoration with the European Union Public Law Centre and other European Universities. He is taking a certificate course on "European Union Law and Institution" for selected students and a full fledged credit course for V sem students on "International Human Rights Law".
