Six years. Wow! It's been such an incredible ride, and the new website is a milestone in this journey. What was born and took shape in bohemian hostel rooms in NLSIU and the various Baristas in Bangalore (particularly the St. Marks Road Barista), is now an organisation that spans the country. LSTians are entering law schools in scores, and this year promises to be no different!

With this vast family at the law schools, it is only fitting that we turn our attention to the needs and requirements of this branch of the family as well! To build a diverse community of law students and to service their every need in and outside law school is the goal ahead. Towards this objective, we are reorganising LST into two parts, separating the group that trains law aspirants, and the group that will work with law students and law schools. The team that will train law aspirants across the country shall continue to be known as the LST team, working under the 'LST' brand, while the team that will work closely with law students, law schools and young lawyers will be called the lawentrance.com team and work under the 'lawentrance.com' brand.

As many of you must have noticed, the new-look lawentrance.com already has much more information, and a number of new features, aimed at law students and young lawyers. Over the next few months, the features should be fully functional and accessible. It doesn't end there. A number of new initiatives are on the cards, and by the end of 2005, lawentrance.com will be more powerful, more informative and even friendlier. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen. So reach out and let us know what you want.
