What is LST Beacon? Why take LST Beacon?

LST Beacon is a distance-learning programme consisting of LST's highly successful training material and assisted by a top-of-the-line e-learning platform to prepare students for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) in May 2010. • Basis of the course structure:
  • The Course Structure is based upon the pattern of Past Years Question Papers of CLAT with special regard to the question papers in National law schools and CLAT 2009.

• Online Features - Each student has access to a powerful online support platform called myLST. myLST contains the following:
  • Exercises on all the areas taught in the Modules. These are customized to the needs of the student depending on his levels as indicated in the Diagnostic Tests
  • 17 Online Mock Tests (full scale & timed) to simulate the actual CLAT and other major law entrance exams. The tests are modelled on the patterns of the major law school exams
  • Periodically updated online study material / quizzes for vocabulary, GK and Legal Awareness.
  • Analysis and Feedback based on your performance in exercises and mocks. This feedback is customised to you. This analysis allows you to see, among other things, (a) your section-wise performance in the mocks (b) your sub-area wise performance in exercises (c) your performance in mocks vis-a-vis other students.

  • The Training Modules, sent to you by courier, are designed to meet international distance learning standards.
  • Each Subject i.e. English, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Mathematics and General Knowledge has a corresponding module(s)
  • Answer Keys to Past Years' Question Papers of all the top national law schools.
• An Exhaustive and Interactive Vocabulary Learning Module.

  • myLST also contains an easy-to-access forum on which you can post all your doubts and queries. Our team responds to these within 48hrs.
