Access Programme
A Scholarship Programme for Financially-disadvantaged Law Aspirants
Since 2004, LST has attempted to remove barriers from the path of those law aspirants who are financially disadvantaged. Money should never be the reason why a dream isn’t realised. Though this is easier said than done, we are committed to doing our bit. Our 2006 Access programme continues that effort with renewed energy and greater commitment.
This year we announce 100 merit-cum-need based scholarships ranging from 10% to 100% towards our LST Beacon course, which can reach you in any part of the country.
The terms of the Access scholarships are as follows:
- Your guardians’ (parents or others) combined annual income must be less than Rs.1.5 lac per year.
- Your class X board marks must be at least 75%.
How much scholarship you get depends on how needy you are and how well you’ve performed academically so far. It’s for those jewels who find it hard to shine because they are in the wrong place at the wrong time.
To help us decide your level of scholarship, please send us the following items along with your scholarship application letter:
- Your guardians’ Income Tax returns document for 2005-2006;
- Your class X board marks certificated.
Please remember to give us the following information in your scholarship application letter:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- School
- City
- Class
Send your letter and documents to:

We’ll revert to you by post/email within two weeks of your application.
Please remember: These scholarships are for the really needy and meritorious. When you are applying for this, think about whether you fall into this category. Place yourself in the overall Indian context, and not relative to your urban scenario. We’d appreciate that.
If you know people who would benefit by this, please sent them this information. If you have an idea for your semi-urban / rural area then write in to sachin@lawentrance.com and let us know.
