Admission

The Delhi University Faculty of Law offers a three year LLB course. Students applying for admission should have graduated with atleast 50% marks. The course begins in August and admission procedures begin in July. Notification for admission is expected by the end of April. 15 % of the seats are reserved for SC candidates and 7.5% for ST candidates. 5% seats are reserved for children/widows/wives of the officers and men of the armed forces including para-military personnel killed/disabled in action or those who died/were disabled in action or those who died/were disabled on duty. 3% sets are reserved for physically handicapped candidates.

College Infrastructure

The Faculty has three Law Centres, the Campus Law Centre I at Chhatra Marg (North Campus), the University of Delhi campus and Law Centre II at Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi.

Library:-
The Faculty of Law has a well stocked library with many books, journals, theses, CD ROMs and tapes. Besides the main library, there are two separate libraries, one for Law Centre I and one for Law Centre II

Extra-Curriculars and Co-Curriculars

Faculty journal - The Faculty of Law publishes its journal, the 'Delhi Law Review'. The Law Centre II also publishes a journal, the 'National Capital Law Journal'.

Faculty Legal Services Program - The faculty has been running this program since the early seventies. The program runs on the voluntary services provided by students, faculty and lawyers. The aim of this program is to spread legal awareness among the public and impart clinical legal education. The program undertakes activities such as moot courts, legal aid services, legal awareness and professional skills development for law students.
